As a small business owner, you have enough on your plate already, don’t you? Finding customers. Keeping them happy. Supervising employees. Getting the job done.
 
And then there are the cash flow issues: Paying taxes, meeting payroll. Keeping the lights on. 
 
And then doing it all again the next day.
 
Wears you down, doesn’t it?
 
Do you know what hurts even more? Seeing your competitors grow while you’re stuck. 
 
What are they doing that you’re not? 
 
It's easy enough to figure out if you know where to look.

These days, new customers are captured online. That’s where your future customers look to find products and services. 
 
If new customers can't find you, it doesn't matter that you're the best at what you do. They'll never know.
 
If you want to be competitive, if you want to capture attention and build your business, you must start online. Offer content that makes your prospective customers pick up the phone and call you.

After that, it’s up to you to put a smile on their faces and keep them coming back.

What I can do is get their attention. Arouse their interest. Build confidence that your business is where they want to spend their money. Then, compel them to take action.
 
One thing is certain: if someone else is getting most of the new customers, you'll be stuck where you are. There is truth to the saying "If you keep doing the same things, you will keep getting the same results." It's your call. You can move forward, or not.

I have over 45 years' experience as a small business owner. I've been in the trenches. I owned two musical instrument stores, a local moving company, and a damage claims business for furniture stores and van lines.
